Ano ang Cloud Computing sa Simpleng Paliwanag?
Naririnig mo na ba ‘yung term na “cloud computing”? Hindi ito ulap sa langit, bro!
Ang cloud computing ay isang paraan para makagamit tayo ng apps, files, music, videos, o kahit buong system — kahit wala sa mismong device natin.
Halimbawa, ‘pag nagse-save ka ng pictures sa Google Photos o nagta-type sa Google Docs, hindi sa computer mo ‘yun directly naka-save. Nasa “cloud” siya — ibig sabihin, naka-store sa internet, usually sa malaking data centers ng companies tulad ng Google, Apple, or Microsoft.
Ang kagandahan nito, kahit anong device mo — phone, tablet, o laptop — mabubuksan mo ‘yung mga files mo basta may internet. Di mo na kailangang magdala ng USB or external hard drive!
Cloud computing is helpful sa araw-araw lalo na kung:
✔️ Gusto mong may backup ang files mo
✔️ May kailangan kang i-access from work or school habang nasa ibang lugar ka
✔️ Gusto mong magtipid ng storage space sa gadget mo
✔️ Nag-eedit ka ng video, nagse-save ng documents, or naglalaro ng online games
Marami na ring negosyo ang gumagamit ng cloud para mas madali ang collaboration at file sharing. Minsan nga kahit small business, cloud na ginagamit para sa accounting or customer data.
Pero reminder lang ha, dapat secure din ang password mo kasi online naka-store ‘yan. Mas okay kung may 2FA (two-factor authentication).
